· New members - Jim Allison with a 72 Heavy Chevy & a 70 LS-6 from Sturgis SD, Allison Taylor with a 69 Malibu.

Secretary's Report: Highlights of the prior meeting.

Treasurer's Report: Prior balance $1,087, $183 for expenses, Current balance $804.

President's Report:
· Activities Committee - Cruise and picnic on 9/26/03, to start in Lincoln and Omaha to Cedar Creek about 4:00.
· Permanent nametags are finished and Greg Swim handed them out to the members present. Also, business cards with the clubs web address and room for your name are now available.
· Newsletter is due out soon, anyone wanting to help out should contact Rich
· Next show 9/19/04, Last Fling til Spring in West Point, 9 members are entered.

Vice President's Report: Stanchions cart work is still in progress.

Apparel Committee: We are going to use a different supplier for screen work on T Shirts.

2005 Officer Nominations: The following were nominated at the prior month's meeting and no new nominations were presented:

Elections will be held at the next meeting (at the Waverly VFW on 10/16). Members can also proxy vote by emailing or sending their ballot to a current officer.

Golden Chevelle award will be presented at the October meeting
