- Golden Chevelle Award - presented
by last year's winner, Steve Howard to Rich Cummings.
- President's Report:
· Window stickers - still awaiting quotes from current
supplier, may have something at the Holiday Party. Sign Pro
- South Lincoln, $1.20 each with a $25-30 set up fee.
· Holiday Party will be November 18 at the Waverly VFW.
The club will provide the turkey and ham, members to bring pot
luck side dishes.
· Toys for Tots, new unwrapped toys were contributed during
this meeting. Members can still bring toys to the Holiday Party
in November.
· Membership roster will be updated with spouse names
and will add occupations (this part is optional for each member).
Rich will send out emails on this.
· Lancaster County Planning Board meeting on drag strip:
has less than a 50% chance of approval. Noise standards were
set at a totally unattainable level, lower decibels than conversation.
Members can send emails in support of this project to the Planning

· Recap of 2006: Started with a Super Bowl Party in February.
Trips to KC & Nashville for members attending Chevellabration
and the Midwest Regional. Last months meeting with a cook out
at Platte Valley State Park.
· Future possible projects could be shop tours, powder
coating vendor tour, cruises/picnics. If anyone has any ideas
bring it up at meetings or email ideas to one of the club officers.
- Election: Jim Clarey declined
the Vice President's nomination. The remaining candidates were
unopposed, no election was necessary. The following will be
the club officers for 2007:

- New topics:
· Rich has received a letter from the State on the assembled
vehicles law that was passed by the last legislature. This letter
asked if anyone would be interested in registering as an "expert"
for determining the titling of assembled vehicles (expertise
would be on Chevelles and standards would be set by the State).
· A motion was made and seconded to donate $100 each to
the Omaha and Lincoln Food Banks. The motion was passed. The
Treasurer will send the checks.
· A motion was made and seconded to send a Thank You to
Dillion Brothers Harley-Davidson for the use of their facilities.
The motion passed. The Secretary will send a thank you.
· Committee was formed for a club car show in 2007, Greg
Hansen, Chairman, members Rick Lambert & Bob Von Kaenel.
