Secretarys Report: high lights of the September Meeting
Presidents Report:
Midwest Chevelle Regional, Tulsa OK, Aug 10 - 12, all indoors
(non ACES show).
Dale McIntosh has put out a CD-ROM with facts and information
on 66s and sent a copy to Rich
Holiday Party will be Saturday November 19 at the Waverly VFW.
Ham & Turkey will be provided and side dishes etc. will be
pot luck.
Activities Committee update - Things being planned or considered
for 2006 are a Super Bowl party in Jan., a bowling outing in Mar.
in conjunction with World of Wheels, and a picnic in a state park
in May. Possibilities for fall are a hay rack ride, cruise or
a movie night.
Seven cars are needed for the clubs display at World of
Wheels entry fee is $50. Volunteers will be there to help set
up the display.
Newsletter should be out soon. Distribution will be via email
for most members, hard copies will be sent for members without
email.
A motion was made and passed to place an ad in the Car Councils
book at a cost of $60, also passed was a motion to renew the clubs
membership in the Car Council with cost being $.25 per member
($12.50). Dave Dietz will coordinate these items.
Election: President - Rich Cummings, Vice President - Steve Howard, Treasurer - Dave Dietz, Secretary - Doug Kass were all re-elected.
Golden Chevelle Award: Presented by last years winner Greg Swim to Steve Howard.
Toys for Tots: Members attending
the meeting brought new unwrapped toys to donate to
Toys for Tots.
