Introduction of members and guests. We have two new members Dave Hubert and Rick Berner from Washington NE.

Secretary's Report: Highlights of the prior meeting.

Treasurer's Report: Current balance $2,569, $150 received in dues and apparel sales

Vice Presidents Report
· Shows at Supersaver in Omaha Saturday 6/7 & Gross High School Sunday 6/8
· H & H All Chevy Show will have separate space for club members 7/20. Registration online at www.hhchevy.com.

President's Report
Old Business:
· Building new stanchions - current ones need some repair and we would need additional ones if display gets bigger. Cost of the steel would be $450 for an 8 car display. Motion made and seconded to purchase the materials for new stantions, motion passed 10 aye 2 nay. A date will be planned to spruce up the existing stantions
· Events:
- Summer Fest in Lincoln 6/14 a swap meet and the bank Head East will perform, Registration is $10 www.statefair.org
- Chevellabration Nashville TN June 5, 6 & 7,
- Lincoln Friday Night cruises this year are at Culvers on North 27th Street,
- Shiners Show in Omaha 6/1 84th & Center,
New Business:
· Thanks to Mark Kimball for computer expertise in putting together mailing to members.
· Expenses for schedule mailer 41 stamps at $.42 or $17.22. The postage was paid by Bob Von Kaenel, a motion was made, seconded and passed to reimburse Bob for this expense.
· A motion was made to re-word the web site dues information on the web application (clarification). The motion passed.
· The $50 electrical connection fee for the club's presentation was paid by Greg Hanson, a motion was made to reimburse Greg, the motion passed.
· Proposal to reduce dues to $12 per year was discussed and tabled for a vote at the next meeting. Members unable to attend the June meeting can vote via email to any officer.
· Next meeting Saturday 6/21/08, 5PM, 7850 Lexington, Lincoln, potluck, cookout at the Von Kaenel's birthday party (burgers, brats and beverages provided).
