Treasurer's Report: Current balance $1,902

Vice President's Report:
· Old Gezzer Hot Rod Event (the prior week) Greg & Rich Lambert went at Mid America Sports Plex. They will do this event again on 9/23/07. This is an 1/8 mile drag strip. $15 for driver & car, $5 for a spectator.
· Carmaro club is having a show on 7/21/07 (same day as our July meeting) at 84 & Giles at the No Frills Supermarket. Registration from 5:00-7:00 PM. There is no registration fee.

Secretary's Report: Previous meeting minutes.

President's Report
· Tom Pechat will not have the July meeting, but the will host the August meeting at his shop. There is a Dyno installed in the shop next to his and will be available during the meeting. The cost will be $50 for 3 pulls.
· The July meeting will be at Doug & Linda Kass's in Omaha.
· Chevellabration - Joe Hubka went there were at least 300 cars, pictures were passed around. Joe said Chuck Hansen's father passed away during the show. A motion was made to send a sympathy card from the club. The motion passed.
· Kearney still has a ¼ mile track.
· Drag strip in Lincoln area - Lancaster County Board has set a date to vote but has postponed to a later date that has not been determined. Appointed a committee that endorsed the idea and UNL did an economic impact study that was very positive impact.
· Club T shirts were purchased by Jim Cleary. A motion was made to reimburse Jim for there cost. The motion passed.
