Introduction of members and guests.

Secretary's Report: Voted to dispense with reading of the prior meeting's minutes.

Treasurer's Report: New apparel has arrived. We have logo'd T-shirts, tank tops (men's & women's), polos, hats, can coolers, coffee, mugs & stickers.

Vice Presidents Report
· Stanchions - over budget total price was $561, Greg Hansen paid the remaining balance. A motion was made, seconded and passed to reimburse Greg what he paid.
· Camaro Club show - 50 & G, No Frills 7/26
· Cancer Society show 8/2/08
· Kansas City Show 8/1/08 & 8/2/08
· Last Fling Til Spring in Westpoint NE 9/21/08, entries for club members should be sent to Greg Hansen and sent together.

President's Report
Old Business:
· The following proposed amendment to the Club By-Laws was presented and discussed. A vote was taken and the amendment passed.

Officers are authorized to purchase up to $50.00 for incidental club expenses (for example: postage, paper, envelopes, ink cartridges, etc.) without prior authorization of the members. All purchases to be supported by receipts presented to and filed with club records by the Treasurer. These expenses are to be included in the Treasurer's report at the next scheduled club meeting. Purchases totaling greater than $50 within any 30 day time period shall require majority approval of members at a regularly scheduled meeting prior to such expenditure.

· September meeting is being rescheduled to 9/14/08 to avoid conflict with the Westpoint show. This meeting will be a picnic at Mahoney State Park.
· Next Meeting will be at Tom Pelchat's High Impact on 8/23/08 located at 11308 S 152 St Omaha and will start at 9AM. It will include dyno runs for reduced fee to members and tours of a restoration shop and Classic Car dealer. Food and beverages provided by donation. To dyno you car please call Tom by August 15th, 402-502-6926.
