Greetings!
Dear Fellow Chevelle Enthusiast,
We wanted to take this opportunity to contact you to make you aware that there is a local Chevelle club in your area! Heartland Chevelle Club was formed in the Fall of 2001 to bring together Chevelle enthusiasts in the Nebraska and Iowa area for fun and family-oriented activities. At this time we are relatively small with the majority of our members in the Omaha/Council Bluffs and Lincoln areas, but we welcome all Chevelle enthusiasts in the Heartland to join us! Our goal is to continue to create a relatively informal car club atmosphere while gathering in a common cause to enjoy, appreciate and promote Americas favorite mid-size car.
HCC is a local chapter of a national club called ACES, (American Chevelle Enthusiasts Society. If you are not a member of ACES, we encourage you to look into joining ACES as well. They publish a great color bi-monthly magazine dedicated to club activities and of course Chevelles. Our own local club currently communicates mostly via e-mail but we plan to begin creating a monthly or bi-monthly newsletter as our membership grows. The ACES magazine, called Chevelle World, and the HCC newsletter can be a source of great information locating parts and car-related activities. In addition, if you are on-line we encourage you to visit the best Chevelle-only web site available, Team Chevelle. Many of our members participate and are members on TC. Team Chevelle can be found at: www.Chevelles.com.
No obligations are placed on membership aside from an enthusiasm for Chevelles. Our annual dues are very reasonable and we feel we can make this local chapter into anything we want as long as we plan it together with like-minded Chevelle nuts! We would welcome your input and participation and look forward to hearing from you!
Sincerely,
Bob Von Kaenel, Club President
